By placing an order on alboritmo.com, you agree to be bound by these Billing Terms & Conditions, our Terms of Service, and our Billing Policy. If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract of sale is formed only once Alboritmo LLC sends an order confirmation email — not at the moment payment is authorized. Until confirmation is sent, Alboritmo LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory unavailability.
Your payment method is charged in full at the time of order confirmation, in USD. We do not offer installment plans, subscriptions, or recurring billing of any kind — every charge on alboritmo.com is a single, one-time transaction tied to a specific order.
If a payment is declined or a charge cannot be completed, your order will not be processed or shipped. We will attempt to notify you by email so you can retry with a valid payment method. Alboritmo LLC is not responsible for delays caused by a customer's bank or card issuer declining a transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alboritmo LLC's total liability arising from any billing dispute is limited to the amount actually paid for the order in question. Alboritmo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a billing error, delayed charge, or payment processing issue outside our reasonable control.
These Billing Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any billing dispute should first be raised directly with our support team at Contact@alboritmo.com so we can resolve it promptly before any formal action is taken.
If any provision of these Billing Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Together with our Billing Policy and Terms of Service, this page constitutes the entire agreement between you and Alboritmo LLC regarding billing.
