At Alboritmo LLC, we are committed to fast, reliable, and transparent shipping on every order. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your storage sheds, pergolas, gazebos, and storage boxes to all 50 U.S. states.

Free Standard Shipping on Every Order

Every order ships free to all 50 U.S. states — no minimum purchase, no membership required, and no hidden fees.

Section 1 Shipping Destinations & Cost

Alboritmo LLC ships to all 50 U.S. states. We currently do not offer shipping to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Standard shipping is free on every order with no minimum purchase required. No surprise fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Section 2 Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding Sundays and federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

📦 Large & Oversized Items: Larger structures like pergolas and gazebos may ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carrier and are typically delivered curbside. Please ensure someone is available to assist with unloading, as freight drivers are not required to carry items into your home or yard.
📍 Alaska & Hawaii: orders ship free via the fastest available carrier service and may require additional transit time beyond the standard estimate shown above.
Section 4 Warehouse & Dispatch Location

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Toney, Alabama, USA. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Orders are not processed on Sundays or federal holidays.

Section 5 Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not support multiple shipping addresses within a single order. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Section 6 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

⏱️ Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email. You may also check your order status anytime at alboritmo.com/order-status/

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Section 7 Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally happen due to:

High order volumes during holidays and major promotions
Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
Carrier delays outside our control
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
Section 8 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, with no restocking fees. For full details, please review our Return & Refund Policy.
